A single Monday board is just a table with colorful status columns — trivial to clone. But nobody pays Monday for one board; they pay for a Work OS that a whole team configures with automations, dashboards, integrations, and dozens of linked boards driving real operations. The value is collaboration, the shared data, and the switching cost of an org's workflows living there. That's a network-and-platform moat, not a UI you rebuild.
Build me a personal spreadsheet-style project board inspired by Monday.com — and state clearly in the README that this is the single-user board, not the team Work OS. Features: a board of items with typed columns (text, status with colored labels, date, number, and dropdown); grouping into sections; a board view and a calendar view over the date column; and inline editing that feels like a spreadsheet. Use Next.js App Router with a hosted Postgres, optimistic updates, and a clean, colorful UI. Deliberately leave out multi-user collaboration, automations, cross-board links, and dashboards, and note them as the out-of-scope moat.
