Define forms in a typed schema (fields, types, required, options, and conditional logic) and offer two rendering modes from the same schema: a classic all-on-one-page form and a one-question-at-a-time flow. Support validation, conditional show/hide and branching, file uploads, and a customizable thank-you page. Save responses to a database, email me on submit, and provide a password-protected /responses dashboard with a table, per-field summaries, and CSV export.
