Can I vibe code Canny?
Public feedback boards: users request, vote, you ship.
A feedback board is a guestbook with votes — posts, upvotes, statuses, a changelog — and the personal/indie version is a genuine one-sitting build that will make your product feel alive. The $99 gap is workflow depth for product teams: deduplication at volume, user segmentation by revenue, roadmap views tied to CRM data, and moderation that scales past a hundred posts a week. Indie hackers: build it, own your users' voice. Product orgs: the workflow layer is real.
Build a public feedback board for my product. Visitors browse and search requests; posting or voting requires magic-link email auth (keep it one step). Each post: title, description, category, vote count, status (open/planned/building/shipped/declined) settable by me in an admin view, and comments. Sort by top/new/trending. Shipped posts auto-appear on a /changelog page with my release note. Email posters when their request changes status. Anti-spam: rate limits and a moderation queue for first-time posters. Next.js + Postgres, embeddable link from my app's footer.
A public feedback board: users submit and upvote requests (email magic link), you set statuses (planned/building/shipped), plus a changelog page announcing ships.
- Smart duplicate detection and merge tooling at volume
- User segmentation (votes weighted by plan/revenue)
- Integrations pushing feedback into Jira/Linear automatically
- Comment moderation machinery for large communities
Product teams want feedback wired into revenue data and roadmap tooling — the board is the cheap part, the pipeline behind it is the product.
A prompt is the first move, not the whole game. Course 01 teaches you to take a prompt like this one to a shipped, working app — reviewing, correcting, and steering the agent the whole way.
